To spark reappraisal, we knew we had to flip the script. So, we celebrated the meticulous craftsmanship behind Ferrero Rocher’s five iconic layers by transforming them into five show-stopping desserts—each one a tribute to a single element of the chocolate’s signature profile.

The result? Ferrero Rocher: Behind the Layers—a one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory pop-up dining experience. Guests were taken on an immersive journey through Ferrero Rocher’s unmistakable taste and design, brought to life through cutting-edge food innovation and 360° projection mapping.
